As per Ayurveda,
as the season changes, climate and nature of food changes and that has direct effect on our body. This is one of the main cause for seasonal diseases. To prevent and to lead a healthy lifestyle, Ayurveda recommends seasonal regime for each of the season. In summer season, it recommends food which has:

- Will hydrate our body and
- Which are sweet in taste.
