🥕. While preparing soup, preferably prepare it with one vegetable, so every day different soup options are available.

🍅. Mix vegetable soup will have the same taste, and having it every day will become monotonous.

🥦. Also, try to keep soup diluted. It should not be that heavy that after having it further, there is no space for the main course.

🥕. For enhancing taste, add different herbs like salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, mixed herbs, ginger, garlic, lemon, etc. But avoid calories rich condiments like sauce, starch, cream, etc., which will make soup heavy rather than light.
