Losing or gaining weight revolves around “ENERGY”.
Energy cannot be created as well as cannot be destroyed, but can be converted from one form to another. Hence losing weight is nothing but converting your fats into the energy which the body can utilise.
So the question is from where does the energy come from and how to utilise it. Well, the source of energy is only one and that is “FOOD” and only food.
